• Individual Leases

  What is an private lease?

  An individual charter provides each resident with their own dissever charter agreement and responsibility for only his/her rental installments and applicable utility and parking charges. By signing an individual lease, you are just taking responsibility for your rental installments and charter terms and will not exist held liable for any delinquent amounts owed by your roommate(southward).

• Charter Term & Rental Installments

  What is an installment?

  The typical lease term is approximately eleven.5 months of occupancy which coincides with the university's bookish agenda. The resident is charged a total rent amount for the contracted occupancy period. • Guarantor

  What paperwork is required with a guarantor?

  The guarantor volition demand to sign the guaranty understanding. If the resident is not of legal age to execute a contract, the guarantor will be required to sign both the lease and guaranty agreement.

  When is a guarantor required?

  All residents crave a guarantor to consummate the guaranty agreement.

  Can I be my own guarantor?

  A resident can deed as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease understanding that they accept income greater than three times the rental installment.

  Am I allowed to request a specific unit?

  You can listing your preferences on your housing application, and we will do our best to identify you lot in the unit that fits those requests. All requests are served on a start-come, beginning-served basis and are taken in order based on the engagement your charter was received.

• Renters Insurance

  Is insurance coverage for my belongings included as part of my Lease Agreement?

  Coverage for your personal holding is not included as part of your Charter Agreement. Renters insurance can provide coverage for loss or damage to your personal property (including fire, theft, or natural causes). Renters insurance is not required simply highly recommended.
